The only distinguishing feature between this series and the Series Four is that the word "AAFES" in the obverse legend appears in bold text. There are two known variants in this series.
Common Obverse Legend: "This gift certificate has a retail value of [5, 10 or 25]¢ and is redeemable at any AAFES facility."; "2004" is printed at top.
